Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Items sold as sets (e.g., cushion covers, bedding sets, rugs) must be returned as a complete set.
Timelines to Remember
- Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video along with product images is mandatory for verification.
Non-Returnable Conditions
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Products delivered exactly as ordered and in perfect condition
- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Items marked as non-returnable
Charges & Customer Responsibility
- Exchange for a Different Product: ₹1000 per item + any applicable price difference
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Refund Guidelines
- Refunds are processed only for approved returns
- Applicable shipping charges may be deducted
- A reverse shipment fee of ₹200 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in that order
- This means even if your order includes multiple products, only a single ₹200 deduction applies (not per item)
- Original packaging and invoice are required

- Returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted
- Only one return/exchange request per order is allowed
