Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Items sold as sets (e.g., cushion covers, bedding sets, rugs) must be returned as a complete set.

Timelines to Remember

  • Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video along with product images is mandatory for verification.

Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products delivered exactly as ordered and in perfect condition
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
  • Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Items marked as non-returnable

Charges & Customer Responsibility

  • Exchange for a Different Product: ₹1000 per item + any applicable price difference

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • For damaged or incorrect items, include an unboxing video for faster resolution

Refund Guidelines

  • Refunds are processed only for approved returns
  • Applicable shipping charges may be deducted
  • A reverse shipment fee of ₹200 per order will be deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in that order
  • This means even if your order includes multiple products, only a single ₹200 deduction applies (not per item)
  • Original packaging and invoice are required

Additional Notes

  • Returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted
  • Only one return/exchange request per order is allowed
